A FULL SERVICE MORTGAGE SOLUTION
With AdvantageComplete, you simply get the word out to your members and we handle the rest. Interested members are referred to experienced, licensed mortgage professionals who will help identify and select the most appropriate product for members’ needs. We then provide personalized service members expect and deserve, and you get the peace of mind knowing that we’re on top of loan compliance regulations.
AdvantageAssist
THE BROKER MODEL
Looking for a partnership where you can trust that all of the back-office processes will be expertly and efficiently handled? With AdvantageAssist we’ll work with you to identify items you’ll handle before turning the transaction over to us to complete. Typically, you’ll use our published rates and programs to educate and assist members in selecting and applying for the right program. You’ll also help them understand the documentation requirements and gather key borrower documents. We handle underwriting, closing, funding, and secondary market activities. You’ll earn income on closed loans.
AdvantageChoice
OUR A LA CARTE PLAN
You decide what support services you need and we put together a proposal to support those functions. Support services offered include processing, underwriting, closing, quality control, and secondary market desk services. You’re still the lender, we simply support your internal team with experienced credit union professionals.
Add-On Services
AdvantagePlus
Generate additional interest revenue by providing a designated level of funding to MAM that we’ll use to fund loans generated by your members. This add-on features monitoring, reporting, and administration by an independent third party with regular collateral verification. Safe, simple, and valuable.
AdvantageAnalyzer

This exciting add-on takes your credit union to a higher level of sophistication, quickly and easily. We’ll review your member file to identify specific target segments and work with you to develop and implement strategies to reach them. You’ll also get an advanced set of reports each month that provide you with deep insight into your results and highlight untapped opportunities.
